Refund and Returns Policy
At Mouwly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund under the conditions below.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
